Overview
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, you may return it within 30 calendar days of shipment date for a refund minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee of the full order amount (minimum $50 per item). Or a full value one-time exchange for a similarly priced item plus shipping fees. Please ship back your item promptly once you have called QuartzWatches to notify us of the return. Please report any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the item returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Any exchanges after the first one will incur a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as payment form. Please allow 2 business days after receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. The exchanged item will not be shipped until the original watch is received. It will be shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item. The restocking fee applies to all orders.
Items must be returned UNWORN, unaltered, and in their original condition with their original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Tags and protective stickers must not have been removed and no signs of wear on the product or the case.
Sender is responsible for fully insuring the package for the full invoice amoun. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit and therefore require packages to be sent Insured. Please ship to:
